《Brae: Recipes and Stories from the Restaurant》是澳洲廚藝界的代表性人物之一Dan Hunter的作品集，出版於2017年。
 
Dan Hunter的料理哲學深植於對土地、時令與地方文化的理解。Brae 由主廚 Dan Hunter 在 2013 年於維多利亞州 Birregurra 的鄉間創立，Brae 結合有機農場與永續實踐，從自家農園提供高達 90% 的食材，建立閉循環系統與環境效益計畫，是Hunter 理念的具體實踐。
 
Brae 於 2025 年被評選為 Traveller Hall of Fame Legends 獎項入選者，表彰它為區域旅遊與餐飲文化的代表性餐廳。
Brae 在澳洲最高級別餐飲指南中獲 三帽餐廳（Three Chef Hats），料理、風格與整體細節皆達極致品質（2025 Good Food Guide）。
2025年首次參與 The Sustainable Restaurant Association 的 Food Made Good 評鑑即獲 三顆星最高評價，成為首家達到此殊榮的澳洲餐廳，突顯永續實踐的全面性。
